During the renovation process, two small units were combined to create this unique, oversized loft. The Glacier Loft has been designed and furnished to pay tribute to the beautiful Montana surroundings. Hardwood floors and lush furniture fill the living room, complete with a cozy fireplace nook and HD flat screen TV. Striking art work and photographs from our local pool of talented artists adorn the walls. But the panoramic views through six oversized windows are really what make this space so special.
This rare vacation spot has been designed to accommodate multiple sleeping areas to provide privacy and flexible usage. The master bedroom/bath features a beautiful walk-in slate tile shower. The second bathroom also has a tub and shower available. The living room is complete with a queen, American Leather sofa sleeper (truly comfortable). While you cook in the fully furnished kitchen, family and friends can gather around the large kitchen island and enjoy the views of Mount Sentinel, Mount Jumbo and the Clark Fork River. This 6th floor, North-West, corner loft has been dramatically transformed in the last six months. In keeping with the effort to restore and enliven this 86 year old building, the loft has been designed and furnished to pay tribute to the buildings namesake, Edna Wilma. From the ceiling hangs an elegant crystal chandelier, recovered from the renovation efforts. Deep, red velvet from the theater adorns the windows.
The fully renovated loft features beautiful built-ins, reminiscent of great city living; a place for everything, everything in it's place. The footboard of the platform, queen size bed, doubles as a drop-down desk complete with outlets and wi-fi for your lap-top. Under the bed is hidden storage space, ideal for long-term visitors who want to unpack and stay awhile.
